This catalogue explores the theme of the face and the gaze in art from the end of teh Sixties to the present. Observing the extent to which the correspondence between the representation of a face and its subject has changed, and how recent technological innovations have modified its representation, the exhibition present a thorough analysis of how the face can be represented, its alterations and transfromations and in particular ist progressive depersonalization.
