Dream Palaces of Hollywood's Golden Age

The so-called Golden Age of Hollywood of the late 1920s through to the late 1940s, coincided with a highly flamboyant phase in the history of American design, such as Art Deco and a revival of Period Styles such as Mediterranean and Spanish Colonial. The result was a pure romantic spectacle exhibiting the ''anything is possible'' ideology that embodied Hollywood.
