Your Order

Placing Orders

After you have placed your order and made your payment online, you will receive an e-mail with the details of your order.
Your order will be sent after we have received your payment.
If you wish to pay by bank transfer, please contact us

Placing Orders - professional customers

Professional users who are already customers can open an e-account and enter their orders with their normal conditions and payment terms. The shipping costs are calculated as usual. To activate your e-account it suffices to send us a simple e-mail. Please send your request to orders@exhibitionsinternational.be

If you are a new professional customer, you can send a mail to introduce yourself and/or ask for more information to our customers service. Your email will then be forwarded to the right representative for you.

Order Modification

Please pay close attention to the specifications of the book you are ordering. These can all be viewed on the product page.

We cannot modify your order. Please cancel your order by contacting us, and place a new order.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible. We try to ship your order as soon as we can, if your order has already been shipped it can no longer be cancelled.

Complaints

Complaints or disputes must be reported within 7 days after delivery by registered letter on pain of forfeiture. In the event that the complaint is found to be well-founded, our liability is limited to the exchange of the goods or a refund. Any liability of the seller is limited to the amount actually paid for the order.

Shipping

Shipping Information

The goods are sent to the address given by the customer. Please mention any specific delivery instructions. The delivery time varies depending on the availability of the ordered items.

Exhibitions International cannot be held responsible for any shipping or delivery delays caused by unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control.
Potential delays in processing or shipping may occur due to holidays, peak periods, extreme weather conditions, temporary closures, and staff shortages. Please note that your order can only be processed during our office hours.

In case you have not received a shipping confirmation after several work days, contact us and make sure to mention your order number.
If your order is in transit for longer than expected, please double-check that the submitted shipping address is correct and contact your local postal service and contact us so we can check from our end.
If, after a formal investigation, your order is deemed lost in transit, you will be refunded.

We ship internationally, but there are exceptions, please contact us if your country is not listed.
