Painting Not Painting

With painting very much back at the forefront of the artistic agenda world-wide, this survey highlights the work of three contemporary artists with widely differing practices, who stand either inside or outside the current broad definitions of what painting is. Victoria Morton's works, created especially for Tate St Ives, hover betweeen figuration and urban abstraction. Jim Lambie is represented by two new pieces. Julie Roberts contributes a unique wall work using key images local to St Ives.
