There was, in the 1970s and 1980s, a so-called 'swinger scene'. This was made up of couples, who would meet with various other couples to exchange sexual contact. The initial contact between couples was made via ads in newspapers and magazines. The interested parties would then send each other letters, through which they would get to know each other. These letters usually included photos, which also indicated sexual attractiveness and predilections. The photos in this book are taken from a collection of over 1,000 pictures collected at the time.
