In this book we take the reader to the Land of Hope. A land where we have overcome the polycrisis. In this travel guide for the Land of Hope, co-created with the next generation, adopts a distinctive approach to conveying the need for a sustainable transition. The different sections of this book outline the constraints of our current system; presents the positive changes across various sectors aligned with moving towards sustainability; and take its readers through a tour of the Land of Hope as envisioned by the next generation.

This is a book of hope and longing towards a better world; a book for everyone, showing that we can make the change. Authored not just by experts but regular individuals optimistic for change and daring to dream it. Indeed, now is the time to start dreaming of what our world could be like and making actions towards getting there. After all, we have only one planet Earth...
