Dans les années 60, il a lancé son propre label de disques (Reprise) et est apparu aux côtés de ses potes du Rat Pack dans une série de concerts légendaires à Las Vegas. Tout au long des années 70, 80 et jusque dans les années 90, Frank a continué à remplir les salles de concert du monde entier et, après 60 années d'enregistrement, il a reçu le Grammy Living Legend Award en 1994. Frank Sinatra est décédé en 1998, nous laissant un fabuleux héritage.

Il a produit de nombreux albums, notamment Frank Sinatra: Nothing But The Best et l'album spécial télévision de 2011 Sinatra Sings. Pignone est associé à la famille Sinatra depuis 30 ans, il est l'archiviste de la famille et le président de Frank Sinatra Enterprises.
